My name is Lynn Barrow, I live in the North Norfolk Village of Potter Heigham, close to the beautiful Norfolk Broads. I am a NAFAS Area Floral Demonstrator and Trainer.

I have always loved and adored Flowers from an early age, and I really delight in my work as a Floral Demonstrator. It is my greatest pleasure showing off my love for all Flowers, Foliages and Garden Plants to attentive audience members of various NAFAS Flower Clubs, Friendship and Support Groups, Womens Institutes, Residential Care Homes and Day Centres.

My work takes me all over the Eastern Counties of Norfolk and Suffolk. I also regularly travel further afield, to various Clubs and Organisations in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire and Essex.

As well as delivering Flower Demonstrations and Talks, I also organise Flower Arranging Workshops and Classes, catering for all levels of ability.
